THE APARTMENT
The Miracle Apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Benedictine Monastery (Monastery of San Nicolò "la Rena"), which is an ecclesiastical complex in the historic center of Catania, situated in Piazza Dante.
Walking along the adjacent street, Via San Giuliano, you reach the Quattro Canti which intersect with Via Etnea (the main street of Catania). The apartment is located close to cultural sites to visit such as the Roman Amphitheater of Piazza Stesicoro, Via Crociferi, the Roman Theater "Odeon," the Ursino Castle, University Square, and Cathedral Square where the Cathedral of Catania is located.
The apartment consists of a private entrance from the street, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and an adjacent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a large shower, accommodating up to 4 people.
In the apartment, you will have access to high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning in every room, a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, and you will find water in the fridge.

Booking Rules
At the time of online booking, a payment of 25% of the total amount is required, by Visa and/or MasterCard debit/credit card.
The balance of the accommodation cost is due without exception at the time of Check-in, in cash. Additionally, the city of Catania requires a tourist tax of €2 per day, per person, only for the first 4 overnight stays, which is also to be paid in cash at the time of Check-in.
For stays of at least 7 days, a 10% discount is applied, already calculated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
